Cheesy post alert! Sometimes little things can make a big impact on your life. I listed to this intro from this random Dom Kennedy song probably 8 years ago during a time I was still a little uncertain what I wanted to do in life and it really helped me narrow my focus. I still play this audio frequently as a reminder to always have a direction in mind. Without that initial decision or goal, it makes it really hard to get to where you want to be! My initial goal was to be 30 with 5 years of superintendent experience so that I’d be qualified to work for bigger construction companies. But here we are on our second year of owning our own company with over $5m in home sales. So grateful everyday for how far we’ve come!
